2-month unresolved issue

A nightmare is an understatement describing what my experience with Vodacom has been since mid January 2023 to date. The incompetence of agents is on another level. Shocking, to say the least. It has been one issue after the other with absolute no joy in resolving the matter. No correspondence from anyone at Vodacom, while still being billed for non existing devices, cancelled contract plans and pathetic service. After being a loyal 20 year client of Vodacom, I had now switched networks based solely on the poor service I've received. My issue is still pending and yet to be resolved by Vodacom.
