2 month old tab stop charging

From day 1 i struggle to charge my voda phone tab. After 2 months it stop charging. Now they don't want to fix it or replace it. The said that the motherboard is bend. but there is no damage to the unit so how can the motherboard just bend unless there technician bend it . how can it bend other wise.The shop manager did not understand it and tried to sort it out as well.
