2 Days fibre down time Bad services
Second day no fibre connection no communication, but yet every month we pay the full amount on fibre.. Vodacom and Vumatel worse service providers when it comes to fibre. Made 8 calls no one can assist, they only gave me a SR*** number still no fibre connection for 2 days. I wont get paid for 2 days of not working.

30 Mar 2022, 16:28Will vodacom reimburse me for downtime that they always promise and not do, i need vodacom to send me 10 gig of data so that i may connect my system and start working second day loosing money because of Vodacom connectivity issues and your customer service is so poor been on a call with a representative for 30 mim now and they just dropping the calls. Extremely poor and pathetic services but i telling you i have a month to month contract as from next month i will take my money and get another service provider.

01 Apr 2022, 16:34Day number 5 almost a week without fibre yet i have already paid for April.. no feedback ... start providing a service and this is how you treat loyal customers . I spend almost R2500 a mont on vodacom contracts. But this is the service i get.

I spoke to your customer service representative, there is no outage and they cannot get hold of a technician ... and so my fibre is still down with no reason given... No feedback.. Vodacom your service is extremely poor. Bad customer service yet and still no reply.
