My name is Lindiwe.I bought a phone at Vodacom shop in Boulders shopping centre at Midrand. Since I bought it has been giving me problems.1st month it just went off out of no where,I thought maybe the battery was flat,I charged it but it never went on. I took it back to them and they told me to take it to Vodaworld (technician) and I did,they found no fault. In 2 weeks again I experience the same thing then it was booked in for repair where I was charged R1044 just for the replacement of battery and software,but how and why because the phone its still new and it was a new phone produced from samsung by then. Ohk...I used the phone again within a month the same thing happen again,when I took it back to the shop they try to charge it but it never went on.They told methat they have to book it for repair as it was never booked from their side but then I fail to understand because Vodacom is Vodacom even if they have different franchises and besides that why did they send me to all the places in 1st place. Well they book it in and no fault was found. It came back and I use it,now here it is again screen not displaying anything but its ringing,I can hear massage coming in...4th time now
