2 - 3 Weeks dont stress

<p>I upgraded on the 21st of February 2017. I updraged to the P9 as that phone was available and has stock (as per the website). They confirmed that i will receive my phone within 3 - 7 working days. On the 22nd of Feb 2017 I was called once again to confirm that i have upgraded and that i should wait 2 - 3 weeks and I will have my phone. I questioned this as this was not mentioned to me by Nomfundo the sales consultant. She said 3 - 7 days and now Nkululeko said there is a back order and ill have to wait. I proceded to cancel my updgarde. I contacted Mr shameel Joosub and Ms Sihle Ntuli. I then again proceeded with an upgrade on the 24th of Feb after speaking to a Natalie. She was helpful and said that within 2 - 3 weeks i will receive my phone and told her because she mentioned this to me and she was helpful I will wait 2 - 3 weeks. I have been following up since the 9th of March as well as an e - mail to Mr Joosub and Ms Ntuli to provide me with an update regarding this upgrade. I was told 2 - 3 weeks // Middle Marcgh I will have my phone. Im complaining as this happended to my sister last year. She upgraded last year but only received her phone this year. How can Vodacom not provide us with the ETA of this delivery. I keep on getting the same response. BACK ORDER // OUT OF STOCK // NO ETA // SUPPLIER TO CONFIRM DELIVERY. Get back to me Vodacom!!!!!</p>
