1TB Hard drive - No Delivery

I have entered into a contract with Vodacom in August for 5GB of data per month which included a 1TB Transcend Hard Drive. Monthly I do recieve my 5 GB Data, however, to date, I have not yet received any Hard Drive.<br> <br> The people at Chatz Kathu have worked on this issue since August and they promised me that I will get the hard drive. They first said that the Hard Drive is out of stock, then a few weeks ago Chatz Kathu informed me that another person from Vodacom (Ruan Truter) will obtain the hard drives and issue them to Chatz Kathu for everyone that entered into the contract but who did not yet receive their hard drives.<br> <br> I think it is very poor service that myself and other clients have to wait for so long for a product which was included in the deal. Surely Vodacom can make a plan and get the Hard Drives and supply them to Chatz Kathu in order to be issued the clients. It has now been two months that this issue has been dragging and not sorted out.<br> <br> I hope that now Vodacom will put some effort in to resolve this issue.<br> <br> Andre
