I always seem to have an issue with Vodacom & my data bill. In August my data "ran out" but when I called in the consultant told me that due to limit I placed on on my account, it was soft locked.I asked her to remove the soft lock & my out of data bill was then R27. That was in the evening. The following morning , my data was disabled again. I only use whatsapp, so where does my data go?? This is very unusual. I then bought a 100MB bundle as my contract was going to be replenished the following day. I called in again to find out about my data usage & was told that I am still within the limit I set on my account but somehow my data was disabled. I find that very frustrating as I purchased additional data. I asked the consultant to reverse the bundle I bought & she said she will escalate for a reversal. on 1 September the consultant called me back. Firstly she did not know why she was following up with me & I had to explain the scenario to her again. She asked me to please hold, & after keeping me on hold for approximately 5-7 minutes, she ended the call. I haven't heard from her since & my account has now been debited with the bundle I had to unnecessarily buy & didn't need to use.

Please resolve & provide me with feedback. Vodacom should educate their consultants on phone etiquette & how to deal respectfully with customers.
