17 YEARS LATER

Good Morning <br> <br> The past weekend my mum tried to get a contract which was never a problem since she has 6 others over more than 25 years with vodacom.<br> she was declined and they told her she has been handed over (please take note that she has current contracts with vodacom) how she managed this with being handed over in the 17 years is amazing!!!!!)<br> <br> when she contacted the legal department they said this is from 1999. again please note the date.<br> she wasn't informed the she is being handed over and she has been getting contracts over these years, after explaining this to them they said well it \MUST HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE ON THEIR SIDE BUT SHE MUST NOW PAY R911.23 or she wil be black listed. <br> <br> this is unacceptable and i demand this be written off. <br> i have a statement that they sent to her if someone would like to contact me as this contains her I.D number and i cant put it online (also
