15 Days later and still no help

I received my Vodacom statement on 12th of May. I saw a charge for R277.33 for a migration fee. I phoned the same day to query this. The accounts department told me that they can not assist me and that I would have to go in store. I went to my local branch and explained the situation. She logged an email to dispute this as this charge was not supposed to be on my account. She told me that she would let me know when it is resolved. I waited a week and went back to the store. Still not resolved. I phoned Vodacom accounts department numerous times, still not resolved. I sent Vodacom an email, still not resolved. Last night the debit order went off. 15 days and 3 methods of communication with Vodacom later and nobody has helped me. Utterly disappointed and disgusted. Let's see how long it is going to take to reverse this charge.
