My name is petrus im having a serious problem with vodacom i have sent the phone more than 8 times for repairs and it cant be fixed when it returns it works for two days back to the problem like now the phone is not charging again and i am discouraged to sent it to vodacom for repairs as they have failed me many times. Each and every month money is deducted for the contrac and the phone on the other side its gives me problems really this is not fair on my side and they cannot issue a new phone for me. I want to find if its possible that cancel the contract with vodacom as im not benefiting from it im having a phone which is not working each i am deducted on monthly basis and they have failed to fix my phone more than 8 times and when i sign for the contact was told if the phone is returned for more than 3 times to repairs on the same reason it must be replaced by the new one so this not happening and it seems as if it will not happen anyway any time i cannot say i will wait for my contract with vodacom to come to an end next year and i will not be having a phone and i cannot take a contract with another supplier wherease i am having a contract with vodacom Job No***1 Mosima
