14 months later
Having been locked out and not been able to use my phone for some time , then paying what they said and emailing proof of payment to them they said that they could see the payment then it was allocated to my wifes acc . After a long 45min phone call they said they would allocate it to my acc my phone was unlocked and after 2 days locked again for them to tell me the funds were not yet allocated to my acc yet , eventually it was sorted out and i Cancelled my contract as it was the end of it to be contacted by Attorney to say that there was an outstanding amount on that acc for the last month , when i payed them it was for the whole of the contract as it was a Bis top up and u pay in advance for the month . For them to leave it for that length of time then say that i owe them money is not very good on there side
