13 Service requests logged and still no one at Vodacom can deliver the service they offer!

<p>Logged a request on the 1st of November for an Unrestricted APN.</p> <p>Went to Vodaworld, waited 2 hours just to get a Data Contract and SIM done, (useless service) Agent that eventually assisted after 2 and a half hours me told me to fill in the form and send it to ********** which I did, nothing happened, phoned in on the 4th, they didnt open a request.</p> <p>Started over with the whole process, another hour on the phone with the call centre, the service request was closed because the assisgnee sent an sms, asking for the same documents that have now been sent 13 TIMES...only problem is that the genius sent the sms asking for the same docs, TO THE DATA SIM CARD - which is installed in a LTE ROUTER!!! Seriously? Can the genius not see/think/read/problem sovle???
