12 months Warranty 27/07/2018 - 27/07/2019
i took out a contract on a tablet from Vodacom on the 27/07/2018. The battery started giving problem and the tablet was taken in to Vodacom Savannh Mall Polokwane on the 27/07/2019 and i was advised that as the warranty expired on the 27/07/2019 they cant repair it and it will cost me R909.71. The tablet was received by me on the 27/07/2018 during the afternoon. I then took it in on the 27/07/2019 at 09:00. it took it in on the day that i had it for 12 months and they advised that i need to pay. Is this fair.??? I took it in before I had it for 12 months
