12 days , 3 branches NO FEEDBACK OR FOLLOW UP

Vodacom has been giving me the run around for 12 days All I need is for someone to unlock my outgoing calls - i am on pay as you go and cant even reach my voicemail - no outgoing calls So between Hyde park store , Cresta shopping centre - 2 agents - Max and Bianco , the store manager keeps evading phone calls from clients and the reception person who hangs up and then simply doesn't answer calls after, I do not know where to turn to. I have even logged a complaint on the app site and on the internet

No one gets back to me - I use my phone for business and this has greatly disrupted my day to days Please let me know what to do?!?!!? Tygervalley cape town stated that they cannot do any thing and jhb is the only place that can help me - this cannot be true??? I would love to move to another Network but this has been rejected by vodacom too .. i need to carry on with my business . THIS IS ludicrous!!
