11gig data claimed by Vodacom

The company I worked for sent us data for training, in total they sent me 40gig. After training I had a remaining 20.86 gig left of which Vodacom just claimed back 11gig on the 28 August. That is a lot of data to lose. Since we use a lot of data for work as well i will have to buy again once the remaining 9gig is finish. That is if Vodacom won't claim that 9gig too before it is finish. My question is why must data EXPIRE. We buy that data from our own monies, why can't it be used to its full advantage till its finished and then we top up again. They should not handle prepaid accounts the same as contracts, that's grossly unfair! I am extremely disgruntled about that 11gig I lost as you can imagine that is over a R1000' s worth of data. I need for a top person at Vodacom to contact me regarding this and I would like my data replaced.

This is an automated message which is standard, no one has really dealt with my complaint. I have requested to speak to someone senior about this too and not a consultant. Not undermining anyone in this instance but we know what the response of the consultant will be after requesting a detailed explanation yet again, to escalate this matter, which will be another process and waiting period. I need to speak to a senior person and not an automated message system.

Disappointedly and sadly NO ONE from Vodacom has even bothered to contact me yet, but if the roles were reversed they would've insisted on an urgent reply or my network would have been disconnected. This is how many companies feel they have the right to treat their consumers. Pathetic to say the least!
