On the 29-09-2016 my phone got damaged and I handed it over to vodacom brits mall, it went for repairs and it came back on the 14-10-2016,I collected the unit on the 15th and it worked till the 30th and I returned it to the store ,I received a call advising that the unit is at the repair centre and spares have been ordered. I called the repair centre on 07-10 to find out how long will the spares take to arrive and they could not answer me. I received an sms saying the unit is currently in trasit to the collection point (which is voda brits mall) ,I call the repair centre to find out how far is the phone as I really miss it and I was told the unit has been rebooked back to the service centre as the unit has to be exchanged, and they do not have stock and they cant say exactly how long will it take for them to recieve stock .this is bull****,why was the unit send back to brits if it will be exchanged and why was i send an sms saying i should take my id/drivers license for collection.thi sll ****ery.
