Ive upgraded my account at key west to a smart xl which would start the next month,which is about in two weeks time.As i got home i phoned Dewald who has done the upgrade to change my package:Before it starts the nxt month,WHICH THERE ARE STILL TWO WEEKS BEFORE MIGRATION.I wanted Dewald to change it to Red advance,but he stated i can only do it after a month.Now i phoned him to do it but now all of a sudden its going to cost R249 extra because of my phone.But as i was upgrading i could have get the same phone for R999 on that package:NOW I MUST COUGH UP R1249 WHICH DEWALD HASNT TOLD ME ITS GOING TO WORK OUT MORE AFTER A MONTH,I MEAN THE MIGRATION HASNT STARTED IN TWO WEEKS TIME WHEN I NOTIFIED DEWALD TO CHANGE MY CONTRACT TO RED ADVANCE.Vodaco you always want to overcharge uss!!!what the hell is going on with you guys treating OLD loyal customers like sh*#.Dewald also just said sorry buts thats the story,why didnt he try to make a plan two weeks before my upgrade???PATHETIC DEWALD & VODACOM KEY WEST!!!!!!
