10GB Once Off Never Received

<p>A few months ago I took out a new contract with Vodacom. I was told that I would receive 10GB data once-off as part of the package. I never received this data. I've contacted them many times to clarify this and I get the same response everytime I call. They will query the matter with the back office and listen to the voice recordings which will be done within a few days. It's been 90 days now and the issue is still to be resolved.</p>
