10/10 for Craig

This review is not for Vodacom, it is about the excellent service I received from Craig at Vodacom Greenstone Mall (Not Vodacom 4u). I appreciate the kindness, empathy, and efficiency with which he assisted me and solved a payment issue I've been trying to resolve for weeks.

Vodacom as a company gets 1, and that 1 is just for existing. The company's move away from its customers talking to actual people over the phone has made resolving the easiest problems IMPOSSIBLE. Do better. Craig is carrying y'all on his back.
