10/10 experience with Meketsi at Vodacom Clearwater Mall

Meketsi at Vodacom Clearwater Mall is fantastic! After a disappointing visit to the Northgate branch, where the sales assistant was unable to help with exactly what I wanted, I decided to try my luck with Clearwater.

I explained to Meketsi that I was happy with the device that I already had and simply wanted to lower my contract package. Meketsi made the entire process more than pleasant. Within 20 minutes we were finished (which is even more impressive considering load shedding struck just after we started) and we even shared in some laughs.

It makes for an incredible experience when dealing with someone knowledgeable and personable. Sincerely a big thank you to Meketsi.
