10 phone calls and 3 weeks later and no phone

Ordered iphone 6 16GB with contract over the phone have had a joke of a process. Documents were required but nobody called me, at every step of the process I had to call in to Vodacom. Ok, I called them, contract completed after me calling in for a progress report, delivery Friday. No sign of phone. No call to me. I called in and turns out there was no stock of that colour. Ok, it'll be in soon. No contact in 5 days. Called in again and again. Changed colour to Silver. Called twice in one day last week told that Kim would get back to me, and no call back. Called twice yesterday and was told that my call would be returned. No call back. Called this morning and said if I don't have my phone by Monday I would be cancelling my order and going with another provider. Was told by Kim I would be called back within the hour. That was 5 hours ago. What the hell is going on in there? If I don't have a phone delivered on Monday I'll be cancelling and walking into another providers store.
