Every time need to start explaining from the start
Always promises to give feedback but never do
No management ever available to help sort out problems

You always promise like even here on this site but nothing happens.
This is truly the worst service ever.
You ***** my money and when the time comes to give it back you suspend my service and dont reply.
These are bussiness lines how must one do bussines without your telephone and data lines.
My next step is to see a attorney and keep you responsible for all losses.
After 21 years of being a loyal paying customer one expects a lot better from you
