10 days to get a phone!!!

I went to the Vodacom shop on Saturday 28th March.to port across from Cell C to Vodacom.<br> Newtown Junction mall<br> I have done everything correctly and had all my documents. number ***<br> My number was successfully ported on Monday 30th March but my new iPhone has still not<br> arrived. I cannot use my old phone and am without that number. The dealer tells me the earliest<br> I can get my phone is Tuesday 7th April<br> What a ridiculous level of service <br> Vodacom is very inefficient !!!!!
