10 days later and yet Vodacom still takes the ****!!!

10 days later and still Vodacom continues to make a mokery of my complaint... Are you gusy ignornat you just ***********

Since the 5th of November Ive been calling in still GUESS WHAT NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!

After speaking with a supervisor Cindy on the 8th November who I was told did not even log my complaint or capture it on the system(WHAT A JOKE) and decided to **** me off even more by sucking a sweet or eating on the phone I told her I was going to release the call and I wanted feedback. HEY WHAT YOU KNOW STILL NOTHING!!!

Called in on Thursday and got my account unlocked and was actually able to use the service i was paying for.. Till It locked again the evening..Called to speak to a manager and what you know.. After hours there is no management team available WHAT SO EVER!!! 24 hour service and you can get no help at all. Called in Friday morning asked to speak to a decent speaking manager who had the correct telephone ettiquett. Even though I waited more than 20 mins and my hold was not refreshed at all I was informed by CURTIS - Manager in the solutions department(Joburg) That my complaint will be logged and he will get back to me in the hour with feedback.. GUESS WHAT.. Im still waiting.. Well to my surprise my phone was unlocked... By Sunday my patience was wearing thin and when you guys locked my account again I called and spoke to the assistant manager Phindile who told me that its my fault and that I need to call the credit bureau and that if I dont have enough credit there is nothing they can do about it... I told him I dont appreciate the way he was speaking to me and i did not want to talk to him again and im going to end the call.. To my annoyance he actually called me back and had another go at me... If thats the caliber of managers vodacom recruits to argue with your customers and blame the error on them.. Dont let me get started on your Customer service reps... I was told by Phindile that he could not unlock my account till I got feedback on Tuesday about my Hello peter complaint..

Because i rely on my phone for bussiness I called back in later after calming down and spoke to Abdul who had helped me before and was actaully decent and sincere he managed to unlock the account for me...

So yesterday I received a call back from Faiek who was dealing with my first Hello peter Complaint and said he will speak to the acquisitions team. He explained to me that I was actually double charged for an Invoice of R350.00 +- and it came to the amount of R940.00 excluding VAT.. Thes exceeded my credit limit of R1000.00. he will have this returned on my account and the credit block removed.. he said he will contact me back once this has been done..NOTHING.. This was all done on the 14th November when I was informed my issue will be resolved and I will not have this issue again...Low and Behold Onthe 15th November at 05:40 am when i needed to call a client I could not... My phone has been locked again...Call into your customer service department some woman that can’t even speak English told me she can’t help as the account is not even in my name... After we have spoken to Sanele in accounts on the 8th November at 08:00am and she confirmed we received the payment for all 3 phone which was on my mother’s name and the 1 line has been transferred to my name successfully. Mosesa then informed my Mother that the account is on my name and I need to call in to pass DATA protection. So, annoyed i asked her to speak to the Solutions team When I spoke to Imraan, Who kindly unlocked the account and informed me this was still being looked in to… I have even contacted the Vodacom store in Blueroute and spoke to Frieda and took my details and said she will try have the matter sorted and call me back. NOTHING!!

10 days later and VODACOM continues to make a fool out of me.. Im past the point of being angry.. I want to take this further now..Why must I pay for a service that I donteven get to use.. Because my Damn phone is always locked because of your Inhouse error.. and Everytime i contact a Vodacom store I get told I must contact the customer service department.. WHAT A BLADY JOKE!!! No one has been able to help me all they do is unlock my account with a **** promise of someone getting back to me...
