10 days and counting for promo deal to be activated!

<p>Its now 10 days and counting since taking out a promo deal at vodacom.The deal consist of a tablet and phone. This was for a mothersday gift. So don't I look like a fool for gifting something that isn't online!!! I've been instore and phoned so many times I can't remember just to be told every time it would be active in 24 hours! how many days are in their 24 hours!!!!!!</p> <p>I phone customer care and after explaining situation gets asked if it is the line I'm phoning from that I have the issue! Yes sure I'm going to phone from a not yet activated line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then she tells me sorry it's customer care she can't help me!!!!!</p> <p>I'm seriously disappointed with the service from Vodacom. Being a loyal customer for many years with multiple contracts. Not very happy.</p>
