1 STAR FOR VODACOM / 5 STARS FOR CELLUCITY

I went into Vodacom at the Pavilion (the one under Centre Court) to get a sim contract 2 weekends ago. I was told by the customer correspondent to give him my cell number and he would get the number ported and then I would need to come back to finish up the contract ect. On the Thursday I called to ask what I would need to bring with and was told my ID and proof of residence. I took these along and was told to wait as no one was available to help me. After waiting for 15 minutes a man comes and tells me they have no sim cards but would have on the weekend. So Sunday I go back, I am told to wait even though there is only one other person in the store. I see the guy I spoke to the first time I went in just standing around in the back, he sees me but still I continue to wait. After awhile I get tired of waiting and decided to go to Cellucity instead. There I was assisted right away and was told that the port was not for a contract but for pre paid. I advised that I made it clear at the Vodacom shop that I wanted a contract. The lady said she would have to start the process again. She also whatsapped me to keep me updated with things and advised what I needed to bring which was also bank statements, so even if I had waited at Vodacom I still would have wasted my time again. I went through on Thursday and everything was sorted. Thank You to Cellucity.
