1 month later...still no contract

Faiek,I would really appreciate that you see this issue though to its completion. We can both agree that this has gone on for far too long.Recieving a response from you 1 week after my email,is not acceptable, especially since this problem has been going on for over a month. As advised by you,I asked the online sales team to cancel my contract, which they did.I went through to Rosebank to apply for the new device and was told they are offline in addition they didn't have stock of the router.I went that same afternoon to Sandton and spoke to Zwile who tried his best to assist me,however Rosebank has already put though an application and therefore Sandton couldn't help me.I went back to Rosebank to ask them to cancel the application.I went back to Sandton, and Zwile tried on numerous occasions to put through my application. The system still didn't allow the application, apparently it was still picking up all the others applications. The problem was escalated to IT on Wednesday.5 days later still no luck. What will it take for someone from Vodacom to step up and step in and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,how is it possible that a service provider as big as Vodacom has such *********** staff ,useless and pathetic processes and systems.Has it now become rocket science to approve a contract.Vodacom should focus less on being the national lottery, with play every day and place focus on client centricity and improving the customer service experience.
