1 Month later and still no feedback

On 28 October 2017 I went to Vodacom to sign up for a new cellphone contract, because my husband and I were both looking for cellphones after his broke we decided to go for one of the dual phone contracts. After searching trough the catalog we decided to go with the LG G6 bundle but the sales person informed us that the LG K4(that came with) was currently out of stock we than decided because we didn't want to wait long for a phone to arrive to go for Huawei P10 deal but then the sales person assured us that we would not wait longer than a week for the LG K4 to arrive and the LG deal would give us much better value for our money, so on their word we decided to take the LG deal. I'ts now been almost 4 weeks later and we haven't received any word from anyone at Vodacom regarding the phone, when we go to the shop they keep saying that the cellphone had not arrived yet and that they would call us as soon as they received it. If I had known it would take this long for the phone to arrived I would have never taken the deal. On top of all this Vodacom decided to invoice us for the full month of October even tough we only signed up for the contract at the end of the month when I enquired why, the sales person gave me a bunch of excuses that didn't add up. First they said I would be invoiced pro rata for the days that were left in the month that would of amounted to around R600 but when I got the bill it was a eye watering R1078 money that I had in no way budgeted for and now where being billed for a phone that we don't even have. My husband and I have been loyal customers to Vodacom for the Last 17 years but we never expected such poor service from Vodacom. I hope that we will at least hear something about whats going on with the phone.
