1 Line was not cancelled by Vodacom Employee

My name is on Legal department and I cannot open an account, due to contract not cancelled by Vodacom employee.<br> <br> I had two handsets on contract from Vodacom, didn't like both phone returned them back asked for the contract to be cancelled, they only cancelled one. The number in dispute is give to another Vodacom client, but they still hold my name on Legal, I have tried several times to get to the bottom of it, but all in vain.
