1 hour phone call to customer service

Today my husband was on the phone to Vocadom for 1 full hour - for the 5th time - trying to change the email address for his Invoice, Itemized billing and Statement to be sent to. He spoke to some 5 people; the background noise was terrible with shouts, laughs, loud speaking, screechings. Sadly he only took 2 assistants' names: Maliba Eeles (who was able to correct and send Invoice and Itemised Billing, but uncapable of sending the statement) and Xolisa Kosile who managed to finally send the statement. When a customer phones into 111 we are told that Vodocom values their customers' time. This has been a horrible struggle and we still are not sure that we accoutns will be emailed to the correct address - will wait until March.

This is denial. We have no confirmation nor any confidence that the matter has been resolved until we have waited for the end of March. Please do not overlook our concerns and frustrations.
