1 gig data

I loaded a 1 gig of data of my internet banking app & after not receiving the data, went to the Vodacom Shop in Knysna Spar Mall where I was told to contact my Bank, I contacted the Bank & they informed me that the data did go through. I went back to the Vodacom Shop in the Mall and they saw that the 2nd last digit was incorrect so somebody else got my data and has already used 300mb, but the assistant told me I must call 082111 and they can refund me, so I called the customer care & was told sorry we cant refund you! So I must just accept the loss of R149!! Not Happy at All as anyone can make a mistake & this should be reversed!!! How many people have lost money this way! It's unacceptable.......
