Took contract from book , uChoose Flexi of R359 for 24 months and book says you get R550 airtime but I am only getting R500 so 082111 Vodacom customer care says I must take it up with the store which I did 4 times and all they say is that they escalated it which is 2 weeks ago and everytime I get the same response .I also asked for a direct email address or contact person who I can take it up with and they refuse to give it. I opened this contract at Vodacom , N1 city mall, Cape Town. After signing the contract and my first payment Vodacom says it's a miss print in the advertising book and I feel that Vodacom should honour the miss print and contract as I have to honour the payment every month
