Ive been trying to phone customer service for a while today. My R170 airtime is gone, i went to the store i was told there was a purchase of 1.2 G yesterday which i know nothing about. 1.2G for R170

02 Apr 2026, 14:36The matter has been resolved, i was assisted by a lady who explained to me that the money was taken by google play, even though I don’t have google play on my phone, and she also explained that It’s important to switch off content/subscriptions or such things on a regular basis.
I was refunded with R150 out if the R170 because she says she couldn’t process refunds above R150.
