*** 24 month contract with free bizz

Took a contract out with free biz every month on last day of month the biz cut off queried 1 Nov 2014 got an SMS from customer care to say biz activated for 24 months every month on las day since then biz cut off when we phone we get charged. Every month we get promised problem will be fixed it does not get fixed. Wrote an e mail on 16 Feb 2015 no response. I need help please.<br> <br> <br>
