*** - held on for 30 mins and still no answer

I was conned into getting a Vodacom Smart 3G Tab for R79 deal from Elite Mobile 2 weeks ago. I eventually got the tab and have waiting more than 48 hrs to get it activated. <br> I tried calling Elite mobile but they referred me to *** to activate the line.<br> I did dial the number and held on for over 30 mins and no one answered.<br> I dialed 082 111 and got transferred to that same number and held on for another 10 mins and still no answer.<br> So what am I to do? Continue paying R79 for a service I can't use? So what will vodacom do? There is no activation and I can use it at home with my wifi access. Is Vodacom in the position to be giving away tablets for free or do they still want the business?<br> When Customer Service and the Activation department figure it out, give me a call. Till then I will continue using it at home for \free".<br> Regards"
