082135 - blacklisting labyrinth of Vodacom

Continued saga: Using 082135 to obtain an ITC number for blacklisting a phone This in turn is needed by the SAPS to provide a casefile number which in turn is used by the insurance companies. It and I still have no joy in obtaining this elusive number. One is directed to use 082135 which either has a flood of calls or no menu item to select for obtaining an ITC number. One can get clever and just pick option one should the agents be too busy and an option to chat will put you in touch with an agent / operator. However, despite the excellent personal service from the agents sending an email to me is a bridge too far for Vodacom. I called on the 14th,16th and 18th of October 2019. Spoke to three different persons who all took my email address to send me the form once completed and returned will lead to an ITC number been issued. To date no email with a form I can complete the so-called security questions. It appears that the automatic answering systems and call centre support cannot del where the caller is trying to blacklist a number which is different from the one being called from.
