I was on hold for 30mins waiting to speak to a consultant ...when finally someone answered I spoke to Khanyo alletta who wasnt even bothered in assisting me then she dropped the call.. I called in again spoke to andiswa she sorted my query out I asked to speak to prev agent ... Aletta came to the ph stating she there's high call volumes hence the reason as to why the call got cut . I was told think what I want to she can't help me . so I'm thinking out loud she's an uneducated ***** ***** ****** .. Anyways im so glad my contract finally over with vodacom cos I NVR get assisted
