Vodacom are useless - I have been trying for nearly 3 months to cancel a contract that I have never used - ***. You wait forever to be assisted on their 082135 or *** number. When you get through you get told that number is on the old system and they cannot help you but they will put you through to someone who can only for you to be placed back in the queue or left hanging. Absolutely disgusting service.
