I went into vodacom a week ago to settle my account and cancel it.. They said i would have my settlement letter within 48 hours to use for my home loan... Its 6 days later i have been on the phone non stop since this morning.. I have e phoned 3 time already and they said i will have it within 5 min.. But yet nothing the second time i phoned they said i must wait 48 hours for the last 15min im on my 3rd call with no assistance regarding my settlement statement/letter... There no assistance what so ever... Poor poor service... If i jmhad to recommend a service provider they would be the last option...
