So today I went to Lakeside Mall vodacom benoni when I get the the lady with braids at the last 3cubical unfortunately I didnt get her name and she was not wearing a name tag. I get there she is busy on her phone so I sit down when she is done she places her phone down then stares at me so I stare back... We do this for a while then I ask are you not going to greet... She literally stands up goes to the next lady and says 'when you get to someones house you knock then greet' so basically this girl is telling me I should greet where is her customers service she disrespected me from just looking at me

On top of that I have been a loyal customer with vodacom for 5years I then paid off my contract in February and this has still not updated on my bureau instead it shows that I'm in arreas I have applying for a house with fail because of this hence my frustration. She went further to tell me there is nothing she can do to help but to give me the legal department details I told her I called countless times, sent emails and still there no solution I know she could have offered a phone or something but because she wanted to show me she said here the number you'll call
