If I could give Vodacom a 0, I would. Given that all the reviews I have written both in my life and on Hello Peter are all about Vodacom, I would say that that is justified...

If you check my previous reviews, you'll see that I had to send my faulty phone in for repairs at a Vodacom Store. On the 31st of January, I booked it in the Vodacom Store at Eikestad Mall - bear in mind that this was the fifth Vodacom store I had been to about my issue in a span of 3 months. I was told they would contact me once my repairs are finished but I never was so I wrote a review on Hello Peter since Vodacom's Customer Service line is no help and I attempted to contact the store but they never answered the phone (the Vodacom Store at Eikestad Mall) - at this point my phone had been in for "repairs" for more than a month and a half without any communication from anyone. They made an employee at the Hello Peter division contact me and to cut a long story short, he said they didn't find a problem on my phone and that it had been sent back to the store already... Today I go to fetch the phone as I couldn't fetch it a week ago since I was busy with my exams and to my surprise, the Vodacom Eikestad Mall store is being renovated until 15 April.

I have never been so livid in my life! I'm so tired of this back and forth as well as the lies from Vodacom. If anyone is thinking of sending their phone in to Vodacom, I'd recommend saving yourself the money, time and trouble of that process - you are better off paying for repairs ( even if your phone is under warranty like mine) at a different store than sending it to Vodacom.

If anyone is aware of someone I can contact from Vodacom, that will actually be of assistance, please tell me; I seriously can't do this anymore.
