0 Service not worth dealing with

No help from Vodacom fibre. Metrofibre gave a free upgrade of all lines in May, it's almost July and Vodacom still hasn't upgraded my line. Everytime I call nobody knows whats going on. 0/10 rather use a cheaper provider as you don't expect to pay this much for 0 service.

https://metrofibre.co.za/news/metrofibre-doubles-up-on-speed-and-introduces-new-packages-on-its-open-access-network-for-ftth-customers/ "As MetroFibre is an open access provider, existing customers will continue their relationship with their current Internet Service Provider (ISP) without any interruption – except of course the benefit of radically faster internet speeds and better pricing. This change will bring more competitive pricing to the end-customers of all the ISPs and resellers on the MetroFibre network as a result of its open access policy. MetroFibre’s ISPs and resellers will communicate their new pricing and packages to customers in the coming days. New customers can visit https://metrofibre.co.za/residential/get-connected/ to find a list of all the Internet Service Providers that are available on its network.."

If by feedback you mean this:
06th June "Good day Mr ######, Metrofibre has not communicated to Vodacom when a Double up of speed will be rolled out. Please keep your eyes out for a SMS. Kind regards, Vodacom Fibre Support Team"

23rd of June " Kindly note that Metrofibre has not communicated any updates to us yet.
Please do keep an eye out for an SMS regarding this matter. "
23rd of June " Kindly note that this would still need to be communicated to us via MetroFibre. "

So basically nobody at Vodacom is willing to check with Metrofibre if they completed the upgrade? I took the time to call them and MetroFibre did upgrade my line, but Vodacom is pocketing it.

So the feedback I have received is that Vodacom is unwilling to call the fibre provider.

In that case why am I using you'll as an ISP? I'd rather use MWEB, Afrihost, RSAWEB or MetroFibre directly and literally pay less.

Hello Vodacom, don't worry about trying to sort this out. I'm moving to another ISP and will be saving money.
