0 out of 10 for Customer Service

On Friday 29 December 2017 I received a SMS from Vodacom to inform me that my line is ported. On Saturday 30 December 2017 I called Vodacom customer care. Firstly they told me that the issue will be resolved within 10 minutes. After a delay of 45 minutes I called again. This time they told me it will take up to 24 hours. I manage a funeral home, and receive all my calls to this cellphone number. Costing me roughly R60 000.00 per day that I am losing. On Tuesday 2 January 2018 I phoned Vodacom several times, and NO ONE knows what is going on there. Everytime I phone, the person at the call centre have no idea how to resolve this problem. The line was ported to MTN, and they could assist me immediately 10/10 stars for MTN who is really trying to help me, and I am not even their customer. The did the reversal of the porting immediately on 2 January 2018. On 3 January 2018 at about 10:00 I phoned Vodacom porting department AGAIN, and I was told that the matter will be sorted within 24 hours. Today, 4 January 2018 at 10:00 THE PROBLEM IS NOT YET RESOLVED!!! WHY? I went into a Vodacom shop and they could not assist me also? And I am still losing money. I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone due to their terrible bad service. Will this problem be resolved? What is going to happen?
