Yesterday I logged a query with Vodacom to get a copy of my signed contract, but still nothing.

When I phoned back, I was told that there is some kind of lead time with regards to my query. I mean, how difficult is it to send a customer a copy of the contract? All the information is available on their side linked to my profile. But I guess it is TOO much of a hassle to provide customer service, even though it is inherently included in contract prices, but as consumers, we just need to accept the fact that proper customer service remains a luxury, purely because big companies and providers deem it more necessary to dwindle people out of their money, without providing everything else that is supposed to be included. Why does Vodacom have a customer service department then?

I just cannot comprehend that everything is always passed on to another department, but I guess it is part of "passing thr buck".
