Bodacom *****s

A debit order is going off my account and Vodacom states that i gave permission via sms. I never got the proof or this alleged sms. Called and was promised that this is once off now it is again deducted. I dis not authorised anything on my bill where dis they get approval and they are no help at all does not fix their errors just ignore their customers they are the most dishonest people ever
