Still being debited for a cancelled contract

Vodacom - Likeminds VDAOL

I cancelled my data contract with vodacom in July 2022, the device was then collected back by vodacom as it has never worked.

To this day the contract is still not cancelled and I am being charged on a monthly basis for a device that is not in my position.

Vodacom, Kindly assist and reimburse for the months from July 2022 to date and cancel the contract.
