Like minds *****

I have always been a client of Cell C. Out of the blue I get a call from VODACOM that I owe them R1800 for an account I opened over the phone. I go to the Vodacom branch to inquire and they say the same. This morning I owe them R10 700. Now my question is if I took out a bill over the phone, they should have asked for my bank details. I have never received a deduction from Vodacom. Lucky for me!!! The lady at Vodacom gives me a printout of my so-called account and there I see the dealers name Like Minds. The delivery address where my so-called phone was delivered in Pretoria while I live in the Cape. What can I do to get rid of Vodacom. Think tomorrow Im going to the police to open a ***** case against Vodacom and Like Minds.
