On the 13th April someone took out telephonically a contract on my name, on the 24rh I got a debit order payment of R155 ref vodacom pty Ltd. The person who took the contract out lives in Johannesburg, I am in Cpt. I revered it and notified my bank. I went to vodacom in Cpt and they told me which company assisted in this transaction. A52 is what the phone was. The consultant from.vodacom tried calling but after 10min no one answered. I then called them on Tues and was transfered to a "manager" who technically blew me off and directed me back to vodacom. He wasn't even interested in listening to me, I dropped the call as he was insisting me to call vodacom. Apparently someone did an End to end process on vodacom website.
