Vlocity Communications poor service

Some 5 months ago, I moved into a rented unit in Blouberg Cape Town. The unit had no wifi, so went with agent's recommendation of Vlocity who came to install the wifi. We also ordered an expensive UPS system through them and paid for everything. Just last week, when there was no power outages, there was a strange buzzing noise, and the entire system, UPS and wifi went down. I duly called their support team who collected the unit (UPS) and restarted the wifi. I work for global companies and 24/7 systems are imperative. There was a lost of toing and froing, and calls, and eventually they advised that the company from whom they bought the UPS, reported that it was not covered by a guarantee or warranty as the unit was blown due to a power surge. This is impossible as we have power surge plugs throughout the unit. Their suggestion was that I meet with their management in Century city and we could discuss the situation. There is absolutely no point in that as the problem is here and needs to be fixed. Had I been made aware that this could happen, we would have purchased a cheap UPS from Take a Lot. I wrote a stern and factual letter to their CEO, from whom I have heard nothing. This is simply unacceptable and they have made no effort to assist me or call me back for a resolution. If this is Vlocity's standard operation terms, then they should be exposed to anyone considering using their services.
