Pension fund not received

My late mother worked for Vivlia Publishers and had a pension fund, the company registered the pension fund with Old Mutual, my mother passed away 2005 and it's now 16 years since, I have not received any pension fund from either the Company or old Mutual, kindly assist me in this regard.
